Step 10

Once the TAXCUT file is open you can click on the "Tools" menu in excel and then select the "Macro" submenu and click on "Macros". This will bring up a macros window that is shown in the next step.

A shortcut to this step is to hold the "Alt" button down and press "F8" one time, this will also bring up the macros window.
